The location was great, right by the beach and filled with dining options. The room was spacious, but the kitchen lacked essentials like plates. The pool was cold unless it was sunny, and service could improve, but overall, it offered a good atmosphere for families enjoying the area.

The location near Haeundae Beach is fantastic. Our room offered a beautiful ocean view, making it a perfect retreat. The room was spacious enough for our family, including a kitchenette, which was handy. The air conditioning worked well, though it only had two settings. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. On the downside, the breakfast experience was disappointing. The cafe we used was chaotic, food options were limited, and the waiting time was excessive. The elevator system was confusing, requiring too many changes to reach different floors. While the room was comfortable, access to key amenities didn't match the hotel's high-end vibe.

All fine, but unfriendly staff.

The location is perfect, right near the beach, and we loved hanging out at Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and exploring the local markets. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Just a heads up, we found some basic toiletries available that are often not offered in Korea, which was a pleasant surprise!
Unfortunately, we experienced a delay with the check-in process, which was a bit annoying after a long day of traveling. The staff seemed overwhelmed and could have been more attentive.

proximity to Haeundae Beach, vibrant local market, spacious room with kitchenette
Lack of coin laundry service onsite!!! Front desk could improve by providing detailed information about the airport bus service and the slow elevators were a nuisance during busy hours!!!

The location is prime, right across from Haeundae Beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette, allowing some flexibility for meals.
Several issues stood out during my stay. WiFi only available in certain locations, which is a hassle in today's world. The breakfast buffet didn’t meet expectations, featuring undercooked eggs and minimal choices. Additionally, the layout of my room had a strange setup, making nighttime bathroom visits problematic. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that the gym lacked privacy since it’s exposed to other hotel guests.

The focaccia bread at the nearby Outdark was pure bliss, a perfect pre-dinner snack. Plus, the hotel's proximity to street food stalls had us feasting on tasty treats every night. Amazing beachfront vibes made our stay even sweeter!
Just a heads up, we missed a coin laundry service on-site and that in-house laundry fee for T-shirts was a real kicker. The front desk could've given us some solid tips on the express bus to the airport—we ended up taking a taxi instead, which was cheaper and much easier!

Enjoyed our stay in a spacious room equipped with a kitchenette. The nearby street food stalls offered delicious local treats, and we loved sipping coffee at the charming café down the street. A must-try is the fresh focaccia—don't miss it! Pro tip, bring your own toiletries.
